Learn-to-swim, stroke technique and competitive coaching for kids and adults across Rhode Island — at your pool or a public pool you choose. Pick a lesson below to see open times.

Save with a package

Swimmers improve fastest with steady practice. Buy a 4- or 8-lesson pack, then book each lesson whenever it suits you. Packages are valid for six months and save up to $120.

Competitive swimmers can train month-to-month with a 4-session plan or commit to a full 8-session season — both include a training, nutrition and recovery plan between sessions.

Where lessons happen

I come to you: your home pool, a friend's pool, or any public pool you have access to. Families book from Cranston, Providence, Warwick, Johnston, West Warwick, East Providence, Pawtucket, East Greenwich and across Rhode Island.

Questions

What should we bring?

A swimsuit, towel and goggles. I bring any teaching equipment.

Do you teach adults?

Yes — all ages, from toddlers to adults. I've also worked with neurodivergent swimmers and swimmers with physical disabilities.

How do I pay?

Venmo, Cash App or Zelle. Your booking comes with a short code to put in the payment note. Your spot is held for 24 hours while you pay.

What if we need to cancel?

Cancel or reschedule in My Lessons at least 24 hours before your lesson for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, lessons can't be changed online.

What does "first lesson for $25" mean?

Create an account and your first lesson at any level is $25 — applied automatically at checkout. Competitive swimmers get a special first-session offer instead.

Intermediate Swimming Class

For those who have passed basic training or whom have already exceeded its level. In Intermediate lessons, we will work to prepare you for commpetitive swimming. Whether training to win medals or simply wanting be an above average swimmer, this is the program for you.

In this class you will learn:

  • Advanced swimming techniques in all 4 strokes (freestyle, backstroke, butterfly, and breaststroke)

  • Competitive swimming dive technique

  • Build endurance + swimming distance capability

  • Improve breath control

  • Work to increase speed

Competitive Swim Training

Competitive swimming works on the fundamentals in real swim competitions. This is primarily based on swimmer feedback to help increase your skill.

This includes observing your strokes as well as target your weaknesses. This could range from building efficiency, increasing technique, speed, or endurance.

We leave no stones unturned assuring you look perfect in competition.
